| DIRECTIONS:
From the North (Hollywood, Burbank, Pasadena): Head towards Downtown LA and hop on the 110 South. Merge onto the 10 East, then immediately exit Grand Ave. Go straight at the light and make your second right at Hill St. We are on the left just before Washington Blvd. From the West (Santa Monica, Culver City, West LA): Take the 10 East, then as you near the 110 freeway, look for the Grand Ave exit and stay to the right. Go straight at the light and make your second right at Hill St. We are on the left just before Washington Blvd. From the East (Pomona, Covina, Monterey Park): Take the 10 West towards downtown LA/Santa Monica. Exit Los Angeles Ave, the exit just before the 110 ramps. At the light, go straight, continue for 3 more lights until you reach Hill St. Turn left on Hill, and we are the tall building on the left just before Washington Blvd. From the South (Torrance, Long Beach, Manhattan Beach): Take the 110 North towards downtown. Exit Adams Blvd, the exit just before the 10 ramps. At the light, go right, continue for 2 more lights until you reach Hill St. Turn left on Hill, and we are the tall building on the left just after Washington Blvd.

PARKING: There are 2-hour meters along Hill Street and Broadway, and one-hour meters on Olive. There is also an all-day parking lot for $7 across the street from the studio, at the SE corner of Washington & Broadway, behind the 76 Gas Station. DO NOT park at the McDonald's parking lot because they ABSOLUTELY WILL TOW YOU. |
